Accreditation
Community Agreement
Tanzkongress 2022 aims to provide all participants with a positive, safe and discrimination-free experience. Respectful, open and friendly interactions are to be ensured regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, body type, ethnicity or religious affiliation (or lack thereof). Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Sexualized language and depictions are not welcome at Tanzkongress 2022. This applies to all venues and event locations, the congress programme, parties or communal meals, as well as on Instagram, facebook, the Tanzkongress.NITEhotel and other media outlets. By registering for accreditation, you acknowledge that you share these values, and that your presence at the events will contribute to a stress-free and positive atmosphere.
Sustainability
Tanzkongress 2022 is committed to operating as sustainably as possible in all areas and to conserving resources. The organisers would like to encourage all participants to join in on this effort, a major part of which consists in avoiding air travel or seeking out the most climate-friendly means of transportation available. The food available at Tanzkongress 2022 will be entirely vegetarian, and efforts will be made to prevent food waste. Equally important is the principle of “renting instead of owning”, and the implementation of reusable systems, such as upcycling or waste minimisation. One way to be part of this is to bring your own water bottle!
